Plenary sessions

The President can convene the plenary sessions of the Institute. The effective and honorary members, the fellows of the Institute and the consultants can attend the plenary sessions; they are opened to any other interested people. In these sessions, relations and discussions about arguments of scientific character or of general interest related to light pollution are held. Even researchers not belonging to the Institute can be invited as speakers.
